Bloom Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Bloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Medical disclaimer
Bloom is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Predictions of periods, fertile windows, and ovulation are estimates based on your own logged data and may not be accurate for everyone. Do not use Bloom as contraception. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, and contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately for any medical emergency.
3. Your account and data
Bloom has no user accounts. All data you enter is stored locally, encrypted, on your own device, and you are solely responsible for safeguarding access to your device and for any backups you export.
4. Subscriptions
Bloom offers an optional Premium subscription (monthly or annual) unlocking pregnancy-tracking features, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. Where offered, a free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — Bloom cannot cancel it for you, since we have no access to your purchase or billing account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Bloom on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Bloom is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of predictions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bloom, including reliance on any prediction, reminder, or exported report.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of Bloom after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
