BuildAudit Terms of Use
Effective June 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of BuildAudit. By using the app you agree to them. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications.
1. License
BuildAudit grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.
2. Subscriptions
- BuildAudit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in the App Store under your Apple ID subscriptions.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the photos, notes, and project data you create in BuildAudit. You are responsible for the content you capture and for having the right to photograph the sites you document.
4. Acceptable use
Use BuildAudit lawfully. Do not use it to capture content you are not permitted to, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Disclaimer
BuildAudit is provided "as is." While it is built to safeguard your photos, no software is infallible — keep your own backups of critical records. The app and its reports are documentation tools and are not legal, insurance, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time, with an updated effective date.
