OnChain Terms of Use
Effective September 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of OnChain: Crypto Tracker ("OnChain"), operated by Prajna Analytics Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app you agree to these terms. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications.
1. Use of the app
OnChain provides cryptocurrency market data, on-chain analytics, and portfolio tracking for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information the app provides.
2. Account registration
To use certain features you must register with a valid email and password, or sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions
OnChain Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple according to their own policies, not by us directly.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to use OnChain for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the app, transmit harmful or malicious content through it, or use automated tools to scrape or overload our backend systems.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Market and on-chain data displayed in the app is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. OnChain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prajna Analytics Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, OnChain, including any losses relating to decisions made using data provided by the app.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings, or by contacting us directly. Your personal data is permanently removed upon deletion, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
